Thai brand AHG’s (Asian Home Gourmet) Vietnamese Chicken Curry Spice Paste in 50g packets. This product is made of a gentle and delicate blend of aromatic herbs and spices, which includes Onion, Lemongrass, Fresh Red Chillies, Garlic, Ginger, coriander and other items. The Vietnamese chicken curry is best eaten with rice or French beard.
Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium heat. Add Spice Paste, stir fry for half a minute or until fragrant.
Add Chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in Coconut Milk, Carrot or Potato and Sweet Potato or Pumpkin, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or unitl cooked. Garnish and serve hot.
