Vietnamese Tapioca rice sticks from Bich Chi brand in 400g packets. Tapioca rice sticks are made of rice flour and tapioca flour. These sticks look similar to Vietnamese pho noodles. These are used to prepare tapioca rice noodle dishes. It tastes chewier and is a little rougher than Vietnamese banh pho noodles. The rice stick noodles do not have a significant flavor difference, however, they absorb the flavour of the ingredients they are added to. Tapioca rice sticks is served in many delicious dishes in Vietnam, such as with broth and toppings or stir-fried with meat, seafood, and vegetables.
Place rice noodles in a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked rice noodles into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds. Drain rice noodles in a colander. Rice noodles are now ready to eat. Serve with all stir-fry food, beef, oriental soup dishes, and cold salads.
