This is for making a roasted duck in a unique Thai style which is quite different from the traditional cooking with five spices. In this method, the duck is baked whole, without slicing into pieces. Remember to turn the duck over several times while baking in the oven. The seasoning mix available in 50g is a wonderful spice blend to make Thai style roast duck.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over a cleaned whole duck and rub all over. Marinate for an hour. Place duck in oven at 190 Degree C for 30 minutes. Turn duck over and roast until duck skin is crispy.
