1. Culinary Crawl Dining Experience - Feb 10th (4pm-7.30pm)

On February 10th, from 4 pm to 7.30 pm, Asia Market is hosting a unique Culinary Crawl in Dublin 2. The event explores the vibrant Southeast Asian food scene, taking participants on a gastronomic journey through three of the city's top Asian restaurants. Beginning at Full Moon in Temple Bar for authentic street food, the crawl moves to Nan Chinese on Stephen Street Lower for lesser-known Huaiyang cuisine and concludes at Dalang on Dame Street with a traditional Korean BBQ experience. Limited to 30 people, tickets are priced at €80.00 per person, covering food in all three restaurants and a welcome drink. 

 

 

 

2. Family-Friendly 'Carnival of Cultures' - Feb 11th (12pm-5pm)

On February 11th, from 12 pm to 5 pm, Asia Market, in collaboration with city partners, presents a 'Carnival of Cultures' celebration outside their city centre store on Drury Street & Capel Street. The family-friendly event features an outdoor market, traditional arts & crafts, Asian cuisine stalls, complimentary Dumplings from tuk tuks, and in-store tastings. A highlight is the traditional ten-metre-long Chinese dragon, lion dance performances, and free kids' entertainment such as face painting, caligraphy and much more!

 

 

 

3. 'Asian Kitchen Cocktails' Showcase with Oisin Davis - Feb 17th (5pm-6.30pm)

Master Mixologist Oisin Davis hosts an 'Asian Kitchen Cocktails' showcase at Asia Market's Drury Street, store on February 17th, from 5 pm to 6.30 pm. Priced at €25.00 per person + service charges, the session includes a fun and interactive demonstration on creating world-class drinks using ingredients from Asia Market. Attendees can sample five specially crafted Lunar New Year cocktails and mocktails, with the opportunity to purchase signed copies of Davis' book.

 

 

 

4. 'Feast of Food Trucks' - Feb 24th & 25th (12pm-6pm)

Closing out the Lunar New Year festivities, Asia Market's Ballymount store hosts a 'Feast of Food Trucks' on February 24th and 25th, from 12 pm to 6 pm. Free to attend, the event showcases eight top Asian food trucks and vendors, including Ginger's BBQ, Bullet for Chinese duck & dumplings, and Sonny's Korean Fried Chicken, set against a backdrop of Chinese hanging lanterns.
