He owns the award-winning The Cottage Restaurant in Jamestown which is famed for producing contemporary Irish cuisine with an Asian fusion twist.

He will be in the Asia Market to show, explain and answer everything you need to know about Asian food ingredients. He will bring you on a journey to choose some of his favourite ingredients and show you how to make a traditional Steamed Sea Brim Fish dish to celebrate the Chinese New Year, while you watch or follow him to cook.
