We are delighted to invite the head chef from China Sichuan to Asia Market to show you how to make the most delicious Sichuan Food at home. China Sichuan is one of Ireland’s leading Chinese restaurants specialising in fine dining Sichuan Cuisine owned and run by celebrated second generation restaurateur Kevin Hui.
The Chef will start by bringing you on a journey in Asia Market to choose some of his favourite ingredients and explain everything you need to know about Sichuan food. This will be followed by a cooking demonstration of some of the most popular dishes from the China Sichuan menu, while you sit and relax with a nice cup of Chinese Tea.
