Kick off the Lunar New Year festivities by learning the art of dumpling making! Chef Jianan Liu of Janet’s @ Eatyard and Eva Pau, Asia Market’s TV chef and commercial director, will guide you through crafting two types of dumplings from scratch. This family-friendly class is perfect for all ages (children must be accompanied by an adult) and is vegan-friendly too.

Sunday, February 2nd - Family-Friendly Carnival Celebrations

Bring the whole family to a lively Lunar New Year carnival outside Asia Market’s city-centre store. Enjoy an outdoor market featuring traditional arts and crafts, authentic Asian cuisine stalls, and complimentary dumplings served from tuk tuks. Between 12pm and 3pm, witness stunning lion and dragon dance performances, accompanied by free kids’ entertainment such as face painting and balloon artistry.

The James Joyce Room, adorned with traditional Japanese-themed wallpaper, sets the scene for a relaxing afternoon.
