Step 1: Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one wrapper into the hot water for 20seconds until it is soft. Place on a plate.
Step 2: Spoon 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce and spread over the wrapper.
Step 3: Place a layer of shredded chicken in the middle of the wrapper. Add the shredded lettuce on top, along with some basil, mint, carrots and beansprouts.
Step 4: Roll the wrapper by folding together the uncovered sides inward.
Step 5: Ready to serve with some sweet chilli sauce.
