Ingredients:
- Nature's Charm Banana Blossom - 1 can
- Nature's Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk - 300ml
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 big red onion, sliced
- Oat cream- 250ml
- Pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder

Method
- Step 1: Start by opening the can of the Banana Blossom, drain all the water out and gently place the banana blossom pieces in a small bowl.
- Step 2:In another bowl, mix the Evaporated Coconut Milk with the lemon juice and a little bit of salt and pepper. Pour the milk mixture over the banana blossom and let it sit for about 2 hours.
- Step 3: After the 2 hours, preheat the oven at 180o.
- Step 4: Gently remove the banana blossoms from the milk mixture and line them out straight in a casserole dish or a glass pan. Add the sliced red onion on top of the banana blossom fillets. Add a little bit more of salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Top with oat cream.
- Step 5: Place in the oven for 45 minutes or until the banana blossom is soft and golden brown on top.
- Step 6: Serve it with some rice with peas and sprouts.
