- Chicken Breast - 600g

- Amoy Black Bean and Garlic Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1/2tbsp
- Amoy Pure Sesame Oil -1tbsp
- Chilli (Chopped) - 1

Method
- Step 1: Wash and pat dry chicken breast, set aside.
- Step 2: Mix well the marinade. Add in the chicken breast to marinate for 2 hours.
- Step 3: (Pan-fry): Heat up a flat steak pan and fry the chicken breast, each side for 2 minutes. Keep the remaining marinade for later use. Brush the chicken breast with the remaining marinade. Put in a pre-heated oven to 1700C to bake for 6-8 minutes. Ready to plate up.
- BBQ:) Place the chicken on to a barbecue grill. Cover with a lid and grill for 10 minutes. If no lid is used, grill for 13 minutes. Keep the marinade for later use. Brush the chicken breast with the remaining marinade and grill for a further 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
