Ingredients:
Apple Pie Filling Ingredients
- Apples - 3 medium sized ones
- Dairy-free butter - 3 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Golden caster sugar - 80g
- Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
- Water - 4 tbsp
Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients
- Nature's Charm coconut whipping cream(cream only) - 1 can
- Dairy-free cream cheese - 40g
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Icing sugar - 2 tbsp
- Nature's Charm Caramel Sauce
- Plain biscuits - 8

Method
Apple Filling Method
- Step 1: Care and chop the apples into small squares
- Step 2: In a large saucepan, add in the cinnamon and butter. Heat on low until melted.
- Step 3: Add in the chopped apples, sugar and cook until the apples soften. This will take around 8-10 minutes.
- Step 4: Add in a dash of cornstarch, the water and stir. Allow the apples to cook for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened and the apples have softened, but aren't mushy. Set the filling aside to cool.
Cream Cheese Filling Method
- Step 1: Cream the coconut whipping cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar on high speed until smooth.
Apple Pie Jars Method
- Step 1: Place the biscuits into a food processor and whizz up until crumb-like. If you don't have a food processor, pop the biscuits in a bag and use a rolling pin to bash them until crumb-like. Divide between 3 mini mason jars and press down to compact at the base of the jars.
- Step 2: Spoon 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling on top of the biscuits, follow with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese filling, a drizzle of caramel sauce, then repeat a second time.
- Step 3: Top off with some apple pie chunks, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and caramel sauce.
* Store in the fridge before serving. ** Best eaten fresh, on the day of making.
