- Wooke Microwaivable Rice 200g – 400 g
- Eggs (beaten and seasoned with 1 tsp of salt) – 3 pcs
- KTC Groundnut Oil – 2 tbsp
- Spring Onions – 2 pcs
- (To make a variation of this fried rice, you can add in some cooked shrimps and diced onions)
Seasoning Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Yeo’s Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp

Method
- Step 1: Heat Oil in wok over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add Eggs and lightly scramble.
- Step 3: Add the Rice and stir until the egg is well mixed with the rice.
- Step 4: Add Spring Onion and Seasoning Mix.
- Step 5: Stir-fry and serve.
