Chicken Green Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

Serves 2 people

Ingredients:

Seasoning:

  • 1 Chicken Thigh
  • Season with half tbsp sugar
  • 25ml Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
  • Clove of garlic
  • 25ml of vegetable oil

Sauce For The Chicken: 

 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cooked green noodles to the pan, followed by sliced carrots & bean sprouts.
  3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then pan-fry the marinated chicken thighs for about 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, add 2 tbsp of Satay Sauce and 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce to the pan
  5. Pour in 100 ml of water & mix everything well, allowing the sauces to coat the chicken.
  6. Serve the chicken alongside the noodles and vegetables.
  7. Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
