Chicken Green Noodle Stir Fry
Serves 2 people
Ingredients:

One portion of SAUTAO Spinach Noodle
- 1 tbsp of HEALTHY BOY - Green Sriracha
- 1 Chicken Thigh
- Beansprout approx 100gm

Sliced carrot pre-boiled. Approx. 75gram

25ml of veg oil
Seasoning:
- 1 Chicken Thigh
- Season with half tbsp sugar
- 25ml Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- Clove of garlic
- 25ml of vegetable oil
Sauce For The Chicken:

1 tbsp of Bull Head BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Yeo’s satay sauce
- 100ml of water
Method
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cooked green noodles to the pan, followed by sliced carrots & bean sprouts.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then pan-fry the marinated chicken thighs for about 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add 2 tbsp of Satay Sauce and 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce to the pan
- Pour in 100 ml of water & mix everything well, allowing the sauces to coat the chicken.
- Serve the chicken alongside the noodles and vegetables.
- Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
