Ingredients:
- White Chocolate – 240g
- Nature’s Charm Coconut Whipping Cream – 20g
- Matcha Powder – 14g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Sugar – 30g
- Unsalted Butter – 134g
Method
- Step 1:Preheat the Oven to 170°C.
- Step 2:Bring a pot of water to boil. Sit a bowl on top of the pot and melt the White Chocolate & Butter. Sieve in the Matcha Powder and mix well.
- Step 3:Beat the Eggs and Sugar. Beat until all the Sugar dissolved. Pour in the above mixture and stir well.
- Step 4:Add the Coconut Whipping Cream and mix well. Sieve the mixture to remove the large grains.
- Step 5:Pour the mixture into the baking mould and steam bake the cake for 40 minutes.
- Step 6:Set aside until the cake cools down and put it into the fridge for 1 hour.
- Step 7:The cake is ready to serve.
