Main Ingredients
- 227 grams - Edamame, shelled
- 114 grams - Rocket leaves OR Parsley
- 2 tablespoons - White Miso Paste
- 1 teaspoon - Japanese Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon - Mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon - Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon - Japanese OR English Mustard Paste
- 2 tablespoons - Warm Water
Directions for Use
To make this simple party snack, you shall:
Step 1: Mix white miso, vinegar, mirin, sugar, and mustard with warm water. Stir to combine well until everything is completely melted. Set aside for an hour so the flavors can build up.
Step 2: Bring some water in a medium pot to a boil. Put the edamame in and boil for 5 to 6 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse with cold running water. Drain again to get the excess water out.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, toss to well combine the edamame and rocket leaves with the dressing. Enjoy!
