  • Shrimps – 40g
  • Pork, Shredded – 40g
  • Fungus, Shredded – 20g
  • Bamboo Shoot, Shredded – 20g
  • Chilli, Chopped – 1 tsp

Seasonings

  • Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce – 3 tbsp 
  • Chinese Vinegar – 3 tbsp
  • Chicken Soup (Mix with 1 Chicken Stock and 800ml Water) – 800ml
  • Light Soy Sauce – 3 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Corn Flour – 2 tsp

Method

Step 1: Heat chicken soup until boiling and add all the seasonings.
Step 2: Add all ingredients and boil until everything cooked.
