Method

  • Step 1:Chop the Onion, Scallion and Garlic into small pieces. Slice the Chicken Fillet into thin pieces.
  • Step 2:Saute the Onion & Garlic in Sunflower Oil over medium heat until the Onion becomes a bit transparent. Add in the Chicken Fillet and stir-fry for another 2 mins.
  • Step 3:Bring the heat to High and add in the Cooked Rice. Stir-fry for 30 seconds and season with the Fish Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, White Pepper and Lime Juice. Set Aside.
  • Step 4:Heat 1 Tbsp of Sunflower Oil over high heat in another pan. Add the Eggs and scramble it until its almost done and add back the rice.
  • Step 5:Add the Scallions. Mix well and its ready to serve.
