Main Ingredients
(All cut into small cubes)
- 200 grams – chicken or pork
- 30 grams – pineapple
- 20 grams – bamboo shoots
- 20 grams – green pepper
- 20 grams – red pepper
- 20 grams – onion
Marinate the meat with:
- ¼ teaspoon – cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons – Pearl River Bridge Light Soy Sauce
- ★Marinate the meat of your choice with light soy sauce and cornstarch for half an hour.
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons – Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
- 2 tablespoons – Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon – Salt
- ¼ teaspoon – Sugar

Directions for Use
Step 1: Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, and toss briefly. Dish the meat out when the meat turns slightly brown and set aside.
Step 2: Use the same pan to stir-fry all the ingredients for 2 -3 minutes.
Step 3: Add in the half-cooked meat and seasonings. Stir occasionally. Keep cooking until the meat is cooked through.
Step 4: Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy!
