Malaysian Laksa Curry Recipe
Main Ingredients
- 150g boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Buckwheat noodles 100g
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman - Tamari Soy Sauce (Gluten free) 250 ml
- 1 Green Carrot
- Half Egg Plant
- Half lime
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 Sping Onions

Directions for Use
To make this famous Malaysian dish, you shall:
Step 1: Boil the Buckwheat noodles in a sauce pan
Step 2: In a frying pan add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and add chicken breast cut into bite side pieces. Add the 2 tbsp Kikkoman - Tamari Soy Sauce and mix well. Grate green carrot and the egg plant. Add to the frying pan. Cook for 4 to 5 mins at medium heat
Step 3: Add the Dolle Laksa Curry Paste and Nature's Charm Coconout Milk. Cook for 4 mins
Step 4: Add boiled noodles to the frying pan and garnish with spring onions.
Step 5: Serve immediately and enjoy!
