300g Mango pulp ( Fresh or Tinned)
170g Fresh Whole Milk
50g Condensed Milk
25-35g Sugar
10g Agar powder

Method

Step 1. If you are using a fresh mango, remove the stone from the mango, weigh 300g of flesh and blend it into a puree, otherwise weigh 300g of tinned mango pulp.
Step 2. In a small pot, mix the fresh milk, condensed milk, agar powder and sugar. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Leave to cool.
Step 3. Add 250g of the mango puree from step 1 into the pot and mix well. Taste it to see if it is sweet enough, if not add more sugar and heat it until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4. Pour the mixture through a sieve to create a smooth mixture. Pour it into your small cups or any container of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours to allow the pudding to set. Ready to Serve.
