300g | Mango pulp ( Fresh or Tinned) |
170g | Fresh Whole Milk |
50g | Condensed Milk |
25-35g | Sugar |
10g | Agar powder |

Method |

Step 1. | If you are using a fresh mango, remove the stone from the mango, weigh 300g of flesh and blend it into a puree, otherwise weigh 300g of tinned mango pulp. |
Step 2. | In a small pot, mix the fresh milk, condensed milk, agar powder and sugar. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Leave to cool. |
Step 3. | Add 250g of the mango puree from step 1 into the pot and mix well. Taste it to see if it is sweet enough, if not add more sugar and heat it until the sugar dissolves. |
Step 4. | Pour the mixture through a sieve to create a smooth mixture. Pour it into your small cups or any container of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours to allow the pudding to set. Ready to Serve. |
