Method

  • Step 1: In a large pot, bring about 5 cups water to a boil, add the soaked sago and cook until it is soft and translucent
  • Step 2: Drain water in strainer and wash it under running tap water. Transfer sago to a bowl, add evaporated coconut milk and mix well.
  • Step 3: To assemble, divide mango puree into jars, top with sago-milk mixture, keep refrigerated. Garnish with fresh mangoes before serving.
