Marinated Sauce Ingredients
- Japanese Soy Sauce – 100ml
- Mirin – 50ml
- Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Ingredients
- Egg (in Room Temperature) – 6 pcs
- Cold Water – 1 bowl
- Ice Cubes & Cold Water – 500g + 500ml
Method
- Step 1: Prepare a small pot and add the Japanese Soy Sauce, Mirin & Sugar. Mix well and bring to boil. Turn the heat off once its boiled and set aside to cool down.
- Step 2: Prepare a pot of water and bring it to boil. Pour a bowl of Cold Water and put the Eggs into the pot. Cook them for 6 minutes.
- Step 3: Drain the Eggs and put them into the Ice Cubes & Cold Water to cool down quickly.
- Step 4: Remove the Shell of the Eggs carefully and put them into the Marinated Sauce. Cover the pot with a lid and put it into the fridge for 24 hours. It’s ready to serve.
