Method

  • Step 1: Into a large bowl, stir together the tahini and matcha syrup. Add in the protein powder, coconut flour and salt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Step 2: Roll into 9 equal sized balls (around 30g each)
  • Step 3: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
