Ingredients

    • Whole Milk – 32fl oz (960ml) / 4 Cups
    • White Chocolate Chips – 1½ Cups / 260g
    • Vanilla Extract – 2 Tsp
    • Rose Syrup – 4 Tbsp
    • Coconut Whipping Cream – 1 Tin (400g)
    • Coloured pink and red heart Sprinkles/Dried Rose Buds (For Topping)

Method

  • Step 1: Mix the Whole Milk & White Chocolate Chips in a saucepan over low heat. Keep stirring the mixture until all the White Chocolate is melted. Add in the Vanilla Extract & the Rose Syrup and mix well.
  • Step 2: Pour the rose hot chocolate into 4- 6 cups .
  • Step 3: Beat the Coconut Whipping Cream with an electric mixer until it is stiff. Scoop into a pipping bag and squeeze on top of the hot Chocolate.
  • Step 4: Top with some pink and red heart sprinkles per cup and it’s ready to serve.
