- Dried Longan/ Dried Longan Meat 50g
- Small Red Date(Jujubes) x10
- Egg x2-4 (as your desire)
- Rock Sugar x15g

Method
- Step 1: Wash and deseed the dried longan and the red dates.
- Step 2: Boil the eggs and peel.
- Step 3: Pour 1000ml of water into a medium-size pot and heat up until boiling. Add the longan meat, red dates into the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, and then stew for around 25 minutes.
- Step 4: Gently add rock sugar and peeled boiled eggs, keep boiling it until the rock sugar is completely melted.
- Step 5: Ready to serve.
