Marinade Mix
- Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
- Light Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Plum sauce 1 tsp
- Chinese Barbecue sauce 1 tsp
- Dark Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- White Pepper 1/4 tsp
Decoration
- Sesame Seed 1 PINCH

Method
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius;
- Step 2: Finely chop the scallion into small pieces, dice the garlic and mince the ginger.
- Step 3: Combine all the ingredients in the Marinade Mix together along with the scallion, garlic and ginger from Step 1.
- Step 4: Pour the marinade over the ribs evenly in a bowl, seal it with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Step 5: Place the marinated pork ribs evenly on a large glass baking tray.
- Step 6: Wrap the top of the tray with tin foil and bake it for about 45 minutes at 175 degrees.
- Step 7: Garnish your ribs with Sesame Seeds and its Ready to be Served.
