Salted Egg and Hairy Gourd Soup

Ingredients:
- Hairy Gourd 2 pcs
- Fresh Carrot 1 pc
- Superior Salted Egg 1 pc
- Lean Pork 200 g
- Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Kingsford Corn Starch 1 tsp
- Siucra Sugar ½ tsp
- Fortune Blended Sesame Oil ¼ tsp
- Fresh Ginger 2 Slices

Method
- Step 1: Wash and peel the Hairy Gourds & Carrot. Cut them into pieces. Slice the pork into thin pieces. Separate the Egg Yolk and Egg White of the Salted Egg.
- Step 2: Marinate the Lean Pork with Light Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil and Corn Starch. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Step 3: Boil a pot of water. When the water is hot, add the Fresh Ginger, Hairy Gourds, and Carrots. Add the Marinated Lean Pork and the Salted Egg Yolk. Reduce to medium heat and boil it for 20 minutes.
- Step 4: Lastly, add the Salted Egg White to the Soup to give the salty flavor and stir well. The Soup is then ready to serve.
