- Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp

- Yeo's Sambal Oeleck – 4 tbsp
- Honey– 3 tbsp
- Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp

Method
Step 1: Mix all seasonings in a bowl, set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil, pan fry fish fillets till cooked.
Step 3: Add mixed seasonings, simmer till the sauce glazes over the fish surface and serve hot.
