  • Beef - 200g
  • Soaked Black Mushroom - 8pcs
  • Potato - 2pcs
  • Carrot - 1pc
  • Coriander
  • Sliced Garlic - 6pcs
  • Sliced Ginger - 1pc

Method

  • Step 1: Cut beef and mushroom into shreds. Add marinade (A) and (B) with lean pork and mushroom respectively.
  • Step 2: Peel the potato, cut into very fine stripes and soak in water.
  • Step 3: Heat the pan with oil, add mushroom and lean pork, briefly stir-fry and set aside.
  • Step 4: Drain shredded potato. Heat the pan with oil, sauté sliced ginger and garlic. Slightly sauté potato and carrot and add seasoning (A). Add mushroom, lean pork, seasoning (B)
  • and coriander. Stir fry and serve.
