Method

  • Step 1:Mix Lao Gan Ma Tomato Chilli, Oyster Sauce, Vinegar and Shaoxing wine together in a bowl
  • Step 2: In a pan or wok, add some oil and fry the beef mince with the onion for 5mins or until cooked
  • Step 3:Add the tinned tomatoes and all other ingredients from step 1
  • Step 4: Bring to the boil then simmer for 15min, serve with rice or spaghetti.
