Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons of Lao Gan Ma tomato chilli
- 2 Tablespoons of Oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Shaoxing cooking wine
- 500g Minced Beef
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 450g Tin of chopped tomatoes

Method
- Step 1:Mix Lao Gan Ma Tomato Chilli, Oyster Sauce, Vinegar and Shaoxing wine together in a bowl
- Step 2: In a pan or wok, add some oil and fry the beef mince with the onion for 5mins or until cooked
- Step 3:Add the tinned tomatoes and all other ingredients from step 1
- Step 4: Bring to the boil then simmer for 15min, serve with rice or spaghetti.
