- 2 Tablespoons LGM Mushroom Chilli Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of LKK Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar Sauce
- 2 Packets of SSF Tan Tan Noodles
- 1 Fresh Red Pepper Thinly Sliced
- 10 Fresh Button Mushrooms Thinly Sliced

Method
- Step 1:Prepare the noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
- Step 2: Fry the mushrooms and red pepper for 3 to 5mins until cooked and set aside.
- Step 3:Put the mushroom chilli, light soy and vinegar in a medium hot frying pan or wok and cook for 30 seconds.
- Step 4:Add the noodles, mushrooms, red pepper and mix together until noodles are coated with sauce.
- Step 5:Cook for about one minute and ready to serve.
Note: Please feel free to add any meat or seafood of your choice.
