Method

  • Step 1: Dice the Garlic. Slice the Red Onion & Onion.
  • Step 2: Wash and rinse the Crab and cut into pieces.
  • Step 3: Saute the Onion, Red Onion & Garlic in Sunflower Oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Step 4: Turn to medium-high heat. Add in the Black Pepper & Crab. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Step 5: Add in the Shaoxing Cooking Wine, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Sugar & 250ml Water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Step 6: Turn to medium-low heat, cover the wok / pan with lid and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  • Step 7: Add in the Scallion, Sesame Oil & Corn Starch Mixture. Mix well, serve immediately.
