Ingredients

    • Water – 3L
    • Pork Bone – 2kg
    • Water – 15L
    • Salt – 1 tsp

 

Method

  • Step 1: Prepare a large pot of Water (3L) and brings it to boil. Put the Pork Bones in and turn the heat off. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Rinse and wash the Pork Bones.
  • Step 3: Bring another a large pot of Water (15L) to boil. Put the Pork Bones in. Cover the pot with lid and bring it to boil. Turn the heat to medium-low heat.
  • Step 4: Remove the foam and bubbles that float on the water every 5 minutes for 4 times. Keep boiling it on low heat for 10 hours. Remove the Pork Bone and add the salt in. It’s ready to serve.
