Vegan Pork Fried Rice with Satay Sauce

Ingredients

500g Jasmine Rice

150g Vegan Pork Slices
- 1-2 tsp Satay Sauce

1-2 tsp Peanut Chili Sauce

Cooking Oil
Steps
Step 1: Get a wok or large frying pan on medium to high heat and add a little oil.
Step 2: Fry the pork slices until it has browned and cooked through and then add the Satay sauce.
Step 3:Continue cooking, stirring all the time, for another minute so the sauce gets well mixed with the pork. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: Tip the cooked rice and satay pork slices and stir everything together well.
Step 5: Put Peanut Chili Sauce on top if you need more distinct flavor (OPTIONAL).
Step 6: Add spring onion on top (OPTIONAL).
