- Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thigh or Breast Cut into Pieces – 1
- Jumbo Prawns, Peeled and Deveined – 224g
- Golden Swan Bamboo Shoots – 2 tbsp
- Cock Brand Tom Yum Paste – 4 tbsp
- Water – 6 cups
- Fresh Coriander (Chopped) – 2 tbsp

Method
- Step 1: In a medium pot, bring water to boil. Add Tom Yum Paste and dissolve thoroughly.
- Step 2: Add Chicken and cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat is done.
- Step 3: Add the Bamboo Shoots, Shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4:Sprinkle with Chopped Coriander. Ready to serve in individual bowls.
