4. Soybean Pudding
Soybean pudding is a traditional Chinese dessert. They are called Douhua in the Chinese language, which is derived from the word tofu. It is tasty and at the same time nutritious. In China, the pudding is made from fresh soymilk. Here, we have a simpler version which you can prepare easily by adding hot water into the powder and pouring them into moulds. Refrigerate before serving to your friends and family to bring out its best taste.
