Ansungtangmyun features the deep flavour of a blend of beef bone & meat, soybean paste, chilli powder, and the cabbage leaves. The thick broth soup and chewy thin noodles are beloved by Koreans. 'Ansung', the long-standing breadbasket of Korea, was also famous for its beef market.
