Add cooked green noodles to the pan, followed by sliced carrots & bean sprouts.
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then pan-fry the marinated chicken thighs for about 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Once the chicken is cooked, add 2 tbsp of Satay Sauce and 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce to the pan
Pour in 100 ml of water & mix everything well, allowing the sauces to coat the chicken.
Serve the chicken alongside the noodles and vegetables.
Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
