Generally, Naengmyeon is the name for Korean cold noodle dish, and the Mul naengmyeon is the name given to a Naengmyeon when a watery broth is added to the noodle dish. The broth which is served with a Mul naengmyeon is generally made of beef meat, or sometimes Korean radish kimchi is used. Chilgab Mul Naeng Meyon is a modern take of a traditional Korean cold noodle.
