MethodStep 1:Wash and Rinse the Glutinous rice and Jasmine Rice together in a bowl about 4 to 5 times until the starchy white water becomes clear. Step 2:Add 400ml of water to the rice and cook in the rice cooker. Step 3:Finely dice the dried shrimp, mushroom and chinese sausage. Heat a pan and add in a bit of oil. Add in the shrimp, mushroom and chinese sausage and stir fry for 3mins until you smell the aroma. Step 4:Add in all the sauce seasonings to the pan and cook for a further 3 to 4mins. Step 5:Combine the rice with all the sauce ingredients and mix well together. Add in the chopped coriander and spring onions. Ready to serve. |
