Craft a delicious bowl of miso ramen at home with our all-in-one ingredients bundle. It includes miso paste, ramen noodles, dashi stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh vegetables, protein options, and classic toppings. Perfect for a cozy, flavourful meal!
In a heavy based medium sized pot, add a tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, add in the white part of the finely chopped scallion, the shitake mushrooms and garlic. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add in the miso paste and soy sauce. Stir fry for another minute before adding in the water and dashi seasoning. Simmer on low heat.
In a separate pot, boil some hot water. Cook the ramen as per instructions on the packet. Divide the cooked noodles into two bowls and place the crabstick and edamame on top.
Now quickly cook the pak choi in the miso soup for 2 mins, before placing them on top of the noodles, along with the shitake mushrooms and lastly pouring the soup into the bowls and garnishing them with some fresh scallion and sesame seeds.
