Korean Sunchang Ssamjang is a spicy dipping sauce made primarily using fermented soybean paste. Korean condiments like Doenjang, red peper paste (gochujang sauce) and other ingredients are blended in right proportion to make this healthy dipping sauce. The product you see in this picture is from Daesang brand. This seasoned soybean paste is available in a 500g bin.
Use with grilled meat items and lettuce or perilla leaves. Wrap the grilled items with kimchi and other ingredients along with the ssamjang inside the leaves.
