Dali brand Preserved Beancurd 397g from Dai Fong. A Chinese lactose-free curd variety, the Beancurd is made of Soybeans. The Preserved beancurd is also called fermented red beancurd. It consists of cubes of bean curd that have been preserved in rice wine, fermented red rice and other seasonings. They are primarily added in roast meats, braised dishes and vegetables for flavour.
