Pepper or peppercorns may be one of the most traded spice varieties in the world of all time. This section features peppercorn varieties which belong to the Piperaceae family, not to be confused with chilli pepper, which is part of Capsicum family. The former has the chemical Piperine, while the latter has Capsaicin to give the spiciness. We have ground and whole black peppercorns from South India, and Chinese Szechuan peppercorns in both whole and powdered forms.
