- How do I get an Asia Market online account?
Click Login/Register, and then input your Email address and your password, lastly, activate your account via your Email.
- How do I update my details online?
If you have already registered, what you need to do is to log in and then click ‘My Account’ section of the site to update your personal information details including your email address, your password, your name, your address.
- What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Please click here to reset your password.
- By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
No registering does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. When registering, if you wish to receive our newsletter, you can tick the subscription box. If not, just ignore it.
- Will I get notifications on new arrivals, deals and discounts?
You’ll be notified of all the offers via emails sent to your registered email id if you have ticked the subscription box when you were registering. Please register here (Link for registering).
- How do I add my new address for my online account?
Log into My Account and click the + under the Address to add your new address.
Delivery
- How many days will the delivery usually take?
Usually your orders are delivered within 3 working days.
We also guarantee next working day delivery if you place your order before 12:00pm every day. Maximum weight for each order would be 30kg.
- Do I need to pay for delivery?
Yes. It costs €7.99 for an order under 30kg.
For orders over 30kg, we have to separate your order into 2 or more orders, and each parcel will be liable to pay an extra shipping charge.
- What should I do if I want to track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, an email which contains An Post tracking number will be sent to you. You can view the details and status of yours orders on An Post official website. You can see if your orders have been confirmed, are in the process of being prepared or dispatched on An Post official website.
- If I order products today can I collect them tomorrow?
We guarantee next working day delivery if you place your order before 12:00pm every day. Maximum weight for each order would be 30kg.
- What should I do to add or remove a product from my order after having placed it?
Yes, you can contact our Customer Service Team(Link for Customer Contacts). to help you. We can amend your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
- Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?
Yes, you can contact our Customer Service Team(Link for Customer Contacts) to help you. We can amend your address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
- I had placed one order with two products, but want delivery of both the product at different addresses. Is it possible?
One order can only be delivered to one address which you added in. We suggest that you can place 2 orders for different addresses.
- I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?
Usually the courier person will leave your products in An Post Office Depot which is close to your location, you can pick up your order there.
- How are items packaged?
Products are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items like glass bottles are safely secured with bubble wrap. We always follow standard packing procedure.
Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card or debit card payments.
After submitting your order, you need to fill in your billing information and you will be able to choose your credit/debit card.
- Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
We use the highest possible security measures to protect our customers’ bank details. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
Our payment provider is Stripe Payments https://stripe.com/ie/ . In order to fill your order effectively we preauthorise your card for the order amount and only capture the order total when your order is packed. This ensures that if items are unavailable at the time of packing you will only be charged for the available items. Your card details will not be stored on Asia Market servers but we authorise Stripe to maintain your card details to facilitate charges, refunds & chargebacks during the order process.
Stripe typically validates card information when it is saved.. As a result of this process, customers may see a temporary authorization for a small charge in their local currency on their statement. This doesn’t guarantee that any future charges succeed (for example, the card no longer has sufficient funds, is reported lost or stolen, or if the account is closed).

- What are the steps if I want to pay online?
In Checkout, you will be asked to put your name, phone number and address, etc. After you have inputted all the requested details, you will then proceed to our payment gateway. You will be asked to provide your credit card number, expiry date and the CVV number that shown at the back of your card.
- Can I use gift cards online?
No, we are sorry that gifts cards cannot be used online.
- Do you have Cash on Delivery service?
We are sorry that we don’t have Cash on Delivery service.
Cancellations & Returns
- Can I amend my order?
Yes, you can contact our Customer Service Team. to help you. We can amend your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
- Can I return an item which is ordered online without an invoice?
We are so sorry that customers cannot return any items without an invoice.
- If I change my mind, can I cancel my order online?
If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund goods returned in saleable condition with its invoice within 7 days.
You may return them to us, either by post (Asia Market, 18 Drury St, Dublin2, Dublin, Ireland) or bring them back to our store(Asia Market, 18 Drury St, Dublin2, Dublin, Ireland), and contact us by phone(Telephone No: +353 1 677 9764).
You should take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories.
Please note that we do NOT accept order cancellation through email.
- What should I do with faulty or damaged goods I have received?
You may return any faulty or damaged goods back to us, either by post (Asia Market, 18 Drury St, Dublin2, Dublin, Ireland) or bringing them back to our stores with the invoice within 7days after the date of delivery.
- In case I cancel or return items, how will refund be done?
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund may take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer. If you paid by Loyalty Point, we will refund you on your payment card or give you the equivalent in Loyalty Points.
Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
In the event of a refund, all Loyalty Points received for the purchase of a refunded product will be removed from your Loyalty account.
Exceptions apply. Statutory rights not affected.
- What is your instore refund and exchange policy online?
We are happy to exchange or refund goods returned in saleable condition with their invoices within 7 days. Refund may take 10-15 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer.
If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the website and on fund will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be noted that we do NOT accept order cancellation via Email.
