Singapore based food writer and columnist Terry Tan has dedicated an entire book for the Chinese Shanghai-style cooking recipes. Titled ‘The Food & Cooking of Shanghai & East China’, this cookbook explores 75 recipes popular in the eastern region of the Chinese mainland, primarily Shanghai and the neighboring regions, including Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Jiangxi.
