French-based Asian food company Oriental Kitchen makes a variety of glazed pig’s ear in their delicious galangal sauce. It is available in 280g packets. These delicious pig ear bits come in thin crunchy strips and are an ideal appetizer or an accompaniment for salads. This crispy pig’s ear dish is fine to eat either cold or warm. The glazing of the surface of the pig ears using galangal sauce is similar to the lacquering technique applied on other crispy pork dishes.
