Japanese company Hakutsuru offers superior Junmai Ginjo sake in 750ml bottles. Junmai is one of the four main grades of Japanese sake alcoholic rice wine variety. Junmai literally ‘rice and water’, which alludes that the sake is purely made of rice wine, without any other alcoholic beverage. In the meantime, Ginjo means that the rice used in the making of the sake has been milled to 60%. Hakutusuru superior Junmai ginjo sake features a floral fragrance and is smooth, which is ideal to consume chilled. Junmai ginjo sake is ideal to enjoy with salty dishes like tempura, sashimi, and edamame beans.
