Japanese Food

The traditional Japanese food is composed of typical Asian diet dishes, primarily rice, noodles, vegetables, and seafood. However, the addition of miso soybean paste and seasonal ingredients make Japanese food culture more colorful, delicious, and healthy. Japanese food culture is historically influenced strongly by its Chinese counterpart, as well other Asian country dishes and even by European cuisine. This section features traditional Japanese food products, as well as later developments like tonkatsu noodles, condiments like mayonnaise, MSG, tasty snacks including mochi, sushi seasonings, and a long-range of other products and tableware and cooking utensils.
