The curious blend of this oriental plum wine features the flavor and taste of natural plums softly coming out from the superior quality fruit contained in the liquor bottle. The fruits have been manually gathered in the most famous plum production regions, Gwangyang and Suncheon in Korea. The soft taste and deep flavor of this product is the result of the filtration that crude liquids which have been leached at a low temperature to keep its freshness are filtered at a temperature below –8 for over 10days.
